青石破碎机是青石破碎生产线的设备之一。主要作用是:将从山上开采的大块青石料进行破碎,破碎至25-20mm以下成品料,破碎+整形,二合一设备。

青石破碎机工作原理:电动机经三角带、大带轮带动转子高速旋转;待破碎物料由喂料设备经入料口送入破碎腔、高速旋转的转子带动锤头对物料进行次打击;获得动能后的物料高速撞向反击板得到二次破碎;碰撞反弹后或遭锤头再次打击或与其它物料相互碰撞。物料在碰撞的过程中逐渐向破碎腔下部的活动反击板移动,当物料粒度小于锤头与活动反击板之间的间隙时,在自重和其它物料的压挤下脱离破碎腔,从而结束一个完整的破碎过程。排出后的物料由筛选设备筛选后,部分大于选用标准的物料,需运送破碎机进行二次破碎。

青石碎石机是青石制砂生产线中的设备。主要用于:将破碎设备处理后的半成品料进行加工处理,获得用于盖房的大沙。

青石碎石机工作原理:青石碎石机主要由机体、破碎板、上转子、下转子、摆锤、旋转驱动装置、筛板等组成,该机在工作过程中两个转子相对运转,进入破碎腔的物料由个转子上的锤头进行打击破碎并获得的动能后撞向第二个转子,由于第二个转子与物料飞来的方向相反,此时第二个转子对物料的打击速度等于两个速度的叠加,物料经如此多次的循环打击而破碎后经篦条的缝隙排出。破碎原料(石灰岩、青石、砾石、煤矸石、煤、片麻岩等)通过ZG振动给料机均匀地喂入PCZ重型锤式破碎机初步破碎,经粗碎后的成品通过皮带输送机输送至PC锤式破碎机破进一步破碎,二次破碎后的石料通过皮带输送机输送至青石破碎机再次破碎,再次破碎整形处理的石料通过皮带输送机输送至YK振动筛筛分出不同规格的石子,满足客户粒度要求的石子通过皮带输送机输送至成品料堆,不合格的石子通过皮带输送机重新返回至青石破碎机再次破碎,形成闭路多次循环完成。

Working principle of bluestone crusher: The bluestone crusher is mainly composed of a body, a crushing plate, an upper rotor, a lower rotor, a pendulum, a rotary drive device, a sieve plate, etc. During the operation of the machine, the two rotors rotate relative to each other. The material entering the crushing chamber is crushed by the hammer head on each rotor and the kinetic energy obtained is then collided with the second rotor. Since the direction of the second rotor is opposite to the direction of the material flying, the impact speed of the second rotor on the material is equal to the superposition of the two speeds. After so many cycles of impact, the material is crushed and discharged through the gap of the grate. Crushed raw materials (limestone, bluestone, gravel, coal gangue, coal, gneiss, etc.) are uniformly fed into the PCZ heavy-duty hammer crusher through a ZG vibrating feeder for initial crushing. The roughly crushed finished product is transported to the PC hammer crusher for further crushing through a belt conveyor. The stone material after secondary crushing is transported to the bluestone crusher for further crushing through a belt conveyor. The stone material after further crushing and shaping is transported to the YK vibrating screen for screening different specifications of stones through a belt conveyor. The stones that meet the customer's particle size requirements are transported to the finished material pile through a belt conveyor, and the unqualified stones are returned to the bluestone crusher for further crushing through a belt conveyor, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles to complete.
