宜鼎CFast 3IE7为SATA III 6.0 Gb/s快闪记忆卡，采用进的SATA III NAND控制器，搭载于宜鼎开发的L³ FW固件结构。3IE7系列的升级L³固件架构，将宜鼎专有4K映像算法的L²固件架构结合功能强大的LDPC技术，因此随机存取（IOPS）功能优异，数据完整性极佳，坏区发生次数减少，使用寿命随之延长。CFast 3IE7内建温度传感器与iData Guard，保证具有工控应用不可或缺的数据完整性及优异可靠度。
