中药材进口报关的流程如下：
The process of import customs declaration is as follows:
1、与国外供应商签订合同，保障客户权益，尽快操作前签订代理进口合同。
Sign contracts with foreign suppliers to protect customer rights and interests, and sign import agency contracts as soon as possible before operation.
2、国际运输：国外负责送货到港。
International transportation: Foreign countries are responsible for delivering goods to the port.
3、单据预审核：为保证清关顺利进行，发货以后专业人员进行单据的预审核。
Pre audit of documents: To ensure smooth customs clearance, professional personnel conduct pre audit of documents after shipment.
4、提交相关资料交税。
Submit relevant documents for tax payment.
5、出具物品卫生证。
Provide a hygiene certificate for the item.
6、发货到对应的港口，港口信息备案（请提前准备）。
Ship to the corresponding port and record the port information (please prepare in advance).
7、备货及准备单证。
Stock up and prepare documents.
8、进口报检/报关（审价、查货）。
Import inspection/customs declaration (price review, inspection of goods).
9、工作人员商检，等待放行。

10、缴纳关税。

11、海关放行，可以交费提货。

中药材进口报关资料
1、产地证（东南亚国家可以出优惠产地证，可以享受0关税政策）
2、植检证或者兽疫卫生证（针对产品的不同）
3、箱单、合同、发票、提单
4、药品通关单
5、涉及濒危产品需办理濒危证
在计算关税时应注意以下几点：
1)进口税款缴纳形式为人民币。进口货物以外币计价成交的，由海关按照签发税款缴纳证书之日国家外汇管理部门公布的人民币外汇牌价的买卖中间价折合人民币计征。人民币外汇牌价表未列入的外币，按国家外汇管理部门确定的汇率折合人民币。
2)完税价格计算到元为止，元以下四舍五入。关税税额计算到分为止，分以下四舍五入。
3)一票货物的关税税额在人民币10元以下的免税。
