此工位主要是通过整形针来实现孔位校正的，根据产品的需要可调整整形针间的间距和角度。。This position is mainly through the pins to achieve hole correction, according to the needs of the product can adjust the space between the needle and angle.
5.台历装订机 挂历装订机 日历装订机 笔记本装订机自动绕线穿线系统的调整 Adjust the inserting system
机器出厂前已装有调试好的一套模具。当机器需要更换模具时，可按照以下步骤进行。The machine is shipped with a good set of molds. When the machine needs to replace the mold, follow the steps below.
5.1 台历装订机 挂历装订机 日历装订机 笔记本装订机穿线 Inserting the wire
将线穿入进线组件，经过过线轮24.1，润滑盒25，过线轮24.2,计数轮26（经过计数轮时将线绕计数圈）轮24.3,再经过铁线整直板(如图一)，之后在芯棒上.24.1 24.2 24.3 25 27 28

Insert wire into the wire input device, through the wire running wheels 24.1, Wire lubrication case 25. Wire running wheels 24.2 and counter wheel 26. (Turn around the wheel, when goes through the counter wheel). Wire running wheel 24.3 Then goes through the hole of the straighten stand (as photo) then the wire goes into the mandrill.
5.2台历装订机 挂历装订机 日历装订机 笔记本装订机调试芯棒 Mandrill adjustment
5.2.1要成形不同大小的线圈,须选用相应的线圈芯棒,选定适合的芯棒后,先将芯棒插入主轴并从主轴的另一端用螺丝锁紧,开机运转时,芯棒应与主轴同心.
Chose suitable mandrill according to different coil size. After install the mandrill onto the main axis with tighten screws, the mandrill should be the same concentric of the main axis when the machine is running.
5.2.2机上有三个插针板,作用是固定线圈的齿距.插针板须定在对应的插针板座上,从前方向下编号顺序为1,2,3.
There are three pieces of pin stands. Order number 1,2,3 from the front to the lower one. Pins are fixed onto the stands for supporting the teeth pitch.
5.2.3把插针插入插针板上,注意针端与芯棒面须有的间隙(工具箱配有塞尺).间隙过大,线材表面会刮花,如针端与芯棒配合过紧,则会刮花芯棒表面,造成坑槽,容易卡线和刮花线材.
When install the pins please keep the gap betweenmm (tool box has feeler gauge). Once the gap too big the wire material easy get scratched. The mandrill could be scratched the surface if the pins too closed. The mandrill the slot caused and could be damage the wire materials, too.
