NSK定位承载装置的分类
1、根据用途准备了两种形状的横截面。
轻量型:`````MCM 系列
高刚度量型:```MCH系列
2、以滚珠丝杆、直线导轨、支撑轴承为三要素的连体式构造,是设计与安装工程大幅度简化。
以导轨底面与一端的侧面为基准,可容易实现安装精度。
根据用途准备了两种形状的剖面形状
轻量型:`````MCM 系列
高刚度量型:```MCH系列
无论哪一种都是充分利用横截面进行设计的小型化构造
发货时已装入润滑剂,试运行后可直接使用
备有从小导程到大导程的多种滚珠丝杆可供选择
3、优秀的防锈能力
导轨及滑块,将低温镀铬直作为标准型号,可以防止通常报关使用下的生锈情况。为了提高防锈效果,尚有氟化低温镀铬表面处理可供选择。
4、长期免维护
由于安装了NSK K1,在不能简单添加润滑剂的机械设备环境下,通过与润滑脂的并用实现长期润滑性能
在不能有油的洁净环境,或对清洁度要求较高的机械设备中,使用极少量的润滑脂及NSK K1既可达到满意的润滑效果
