處理方法：檢查線路並接通；更換燒損電機；更換按鈕或重複按動幾次；撥動限位開關滑塊使它脫離微動開關觸點。。調整開關位置；檢查機械有無卡阻。。若有則消除障礙物；

故障原因：觸點粘死；=-；=行程微動開關失效或變形；=-；=滑塊緊定螺釘松；=-；=靠板螺絲松使靠板移位。。使滑塊或螺母不能隨絲杆轉動而移動；=-；=限位器傳動齒輪破損；=-；=按鈕上；=-；=下鍵卡死；
處理方法：更換繼電器；更換微動開關或觸片；緊定滑塊螺釘並使靠板複位；更換限位器傳動齒輪；更換按鈕；

故障原因：環形鏈條堵住十字槽；棘爪無脫離棘輪；壓鏈架卡死；
處理方法：理順環形鏈條；調整棘爪與壓鏈架相對位置；更換或潤滑銷軸；
4；=-；=電機振動或噪聲較大
故障原因：刹車盤不平衡或斷裂；刹車盤無緊固；軸承失油或失效；齒輪齧合不順；=-；=失油或磨損嚴重；電機電流聲或振動；
